    We tried it for the first time and it was so delicious! It is a little pricey, but well worth it. We will definitely be going back.

    I've been to Brink's twice this week and couldn't have been more satisfied! My first order was the fried shrimp avocado salad. It had a light vinaigrette dressing with fresh squeezed lemons, and was stuffed with the tastiest avocados! Next I ordered a shrimp and oyster basket with fries. The shrimp were large and had a light breading. The oysters were also a good size and both were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this food truck and can't wait to go back and try their other offerings!

    The food was absolutely delicious. The owner included a sampling of fish ribs (already devoured) that were amazing. I strongly recommend coming out to try this great seafood.
