Eastside Kitchenette

Food was good. Not eating meat at the moment but I will be back to try it. Dinner menu looked very good. Atmosphere was awesome. Indoor/outdoor seating. Friendly staff, make you feel welcome as soon you come through the door.

Great menu. Beets, brussel sprouts, duck and fried chicken were all great. Nicely done renovations. They're still new and getting things figured out. Hopefully they'll get the wine list, service and cleanliness aspects worked out - they all need to be addressed.

This is a stylish restaurant near the Government Hill area of town. The food is fresh and delicious served fairly quick. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food. Unfortunately, I had a waiter that was a little confused and took over 30 minutes to charge my food on the credit card. Other people that came in after me were paying and leaving before me. No apology from the waiter or management.

Great decor! Chicken fried steak with mashers and Mexican grilled corn left a lot to be desired. 2 recommendations: fried steak could use tenderizing before battering and frying. And the corn on the cob could be boiled before grilling. The corn was not even warm to melt the butter and seasonings. Hopefully this can be a learning post.

Just left and let’s just say I’m glad I’m not driving, I am so full and satisfied. Atmosphere was great, our server crystal was sweet and genuine I appreciated that, crystal also makes an amazing old fashioned! The food was really top notch, even something as simple as the burger was so full of flavor! My compliments to the entire kitchen staff and the owner, such a great place close to home! We will be back often!
