Made another mobile order for an oreo frappe and a chocolate chip frappe. They didn't have either of those, so we got two mocha frappes, one of which they ground some oreos into. Because they didnt have what we ordered, they waited for us to go inside to ask what was taking so long, and then they started to make the mochas. They should have come outside to let us know they were out of something and ask what else we might want.

They really need to work out their availability with mobile orders, as this always seems to happen at this location, for me. At least this time, they made an effort and weren't rude about it. And the frappes we ended up with were still good, but their process and customer service needs work.

I love their ice cream they have the best ice cream cones. I like to eat it with hot French fries they are delicious.

Service eas great as far as food goes. Customer service coukdnuse some improvement, literally a 16 yr old dealing with customers who leaves the front register unattended. Had to wait fir him to get back to his register for about 5 minutes.

I had to wait for five minutes.. but, that's expected when it's fresh. I would have given five if it wasn't the two most depressing people I've ever seen work at a restaurant I think. but I'm not judging. Everyone has their bad days.. it was almost midnight it was probably the end of their shift.. long day.. so in all honesty I got the 4r grape jellies that I asked for and the sausage biscuits were pressure than I've had in weeks..!! So actually definitely this is a 5.Im just so annalistic.

Very clean and service is great... just the French fries are always Cold...????????????... and that's going at a different time then before,,, want to give them another chance, but they really need to work on the fries _____ Hot & Fresh French Fries.... please.
