Weathered Souls Brewing Co.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago after seeing about them online. Nice brewery and bar. Sat at the bar and the waitress was nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The brews were good. Place was clean. Food smelt good but didn’t get to try any foods this time around. Will be back to try more brews and the food soon.

Weathered Souls surprised me from start to finish! I was expecting a typical micro brewery experience with nothing but overly hoppy IPAs and "complex" dark beers. That is not the case here. They have two of the best tasting and most balanced lagers I have ever had. Their Mexican style lager is beautiful, complex, rich, and smooth with tons of palate complexity that you should experience yourself. The lager was perfectly complemented by their brisket burger. The combination of the light and refreshing lager and the deep, rich, well seasoned burger on a fresh onion bun was exceptional. Luckily our visits have been on beautiful days so far, which only heightens the experience by allowing you to sit in their well designed patio. The warm sun, cold beer, and excellent burger left me wondering how quickly I would be able to convince my party to return. The experience was wonderful, the atmosphere is almost intoxicating as you enter and are engulfed in the robust smells of their operational brewery just feet away from the counter. If I had to say something negative about this place, it would be that you can safely skip their potato wedges. So far everything else has been more than worth the price for the quality and experience alone. I look forward to supporting this brewery for years to come!

Had a really relaxing time here tonight! We went with our toddler who ran around while we tasted the cider and beer. The strawberry cider was SO good. I'm glad they had that because we aren't huge beer drinkers. We sat outside and enjoyed the music and the weather. We ordered the brisket nachos and they were delicious. We also ordered the margherita flat bread which was good as well, the nachos we're better though. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because the outdoor area was a bit small (not their fault). I wish it had more couch areas. Also some things I think they need to add are high chairs and kids menus since they are a family friendly place (which we LOVE). We WILL be back and we'll bring our friends.

Found this place online and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was calm and quiet enough to have a conversation in. I did have to clean my own table in order to sit down even though the place wasn't crowded. The beers were not particularly flavorful and were a bit pricey. The food had good flavor and it looked great, but the serving sizes were way too small. Everyone I was with ended up hungry after eating their entire meals. Might return if I'm in the area, but wouldn't plan to go if I'm on another part of the city.

We sat at the bar and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The bartenders were great, very laid back, easy going. It was a very chill experience. It wasn’t super busy and we got great service for both our beer and food. I’d recommend this place. Not too pricey and the setting is nice. Plus, the beer is pretty good. We’ll be back :)
