Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Been going to Red Robin since I was a child. So, around 30 years at this point. As a chain it's gone through ebbs and flows IMO. I like all the variety of burgers they offer now. The quality was always something I could rely on for the most part. That said, tonight my wife and I had probably the most poorly made (still tasty) burgers we've had at a Red Robin. I have been getting the Banzai for the last couple years and it's great even if pricey. But when you pay $11 for a burger, it really shouldn't have a soggy bun and all the fixings just sort of mashed together and oozing out the sides. Service was good, fast, polite, and mostly attentive as usual. Unfortunately, the burger quality will make me avoid Red Robins for a little while.

Good burgers, great onion rings. Always a good time at Red Robin. Our server was on his second night solo and was having a rough one and handled it well. Bravo! Get the Royal with and over medium egg, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing customer service! Foods good as well but the service we got was amazing. We don't live in San Antonio. Just visiting for the day. Ordered our food and realized I left my wallet home. They agreed to let us eat still and pay later! I was so embarrassed but it was no hassle for them to be so kind! Kristina was amazing! We will definitely be back with money this time!

I've been going here for a good 2 or 3 years now. I absolutely love the changes to their beer menu and prices. You can get one 32oz (not a mistype) beer here for the price of one beer anywhere else. Crazy. To top it off obviously these guys have delicious burgers. The staff has always had an 'above and beyond' mentality, to the point that they'll come back after bringing the food and will make absolutely sure you're satisfied. The couple of times I needed something fixed they did so with no issue, and offered comp (although I didn't take them up on it). Highly recommended as a date for drinks, or even a family meal with children.
