Krispy Kreme

Hands down best Krispy Kreme I have been to. The GM and employees were so quick to serve everyone. They didnt have any apple fritters ready when we ordered. As we were walking out the GM stopped us because he had made an apple fritter for us. If only all places were as friendly and made you feel like you were a regular.

Krispy Kreme hands down has the best donuts in town. There are always adorable seasonal speciality donuts so that adds a variety to the menu every time you go there.

Staff are great and when there's a long wait, they always give you a sample donut to help make the wait more bearable. It's little touches like this that make you feel valued as a customer.

The only piece of constructive feedback I have is around the drive through system. It has rarely worked. There's usually a strange "Wet floor" sign or a Krispy Kreme truck blocking the drive through - I guess there's a reason why you need to close down your drive through sometimes but it's hard for people arriving at the location to understand what's going on.

My wife ordered an apple fritter, but unfortunately there were none ready. We placed our order, sat down and ate our donuts. The manager got our attention to tell us he has fresh apple fritters on the way for us! We didn't ask for them, but his level of customer service was amazing. Small gestures like a few fresh donuts go a long way. He made sure we left 100% satisfied!

It's always a pleasure coming here with the kids when the "hot now" sign is lit up. I also bring my son at the end of each grading period for him to get a free glazed donut for every A he gets (up to 6 in all). Pretty sweet... No pun intended. Haha. Today, I ordered a donut cake... 3 dozen glazed donuts with my choice of icing and sprinkles for an end of school year party. I'm excited to see how it turns out tomorrow when I pick it up!
