"Al Carbon" Pollos Asados

This place has become my husband's and I favorite chicken place. The chicken is almost always moist... and so tender with the perfect seasoning. The sides are simple but compliment the whole meal experience. And the green sauce is magical! When you want wonderfully grilled chicken without all the work... get in here!

I was originally drawn here by the smell, came back for the delicious fajitas twice in one day.

Immaculately clean with great reggaeton music filling your ears with goodness. Before the menu fills your stomach with perfectly made bbq chicken. This place is hidden gem among hidden gems. The service very attentive to the customers needs. You leave very satisfied, getting this feel good feeling. :)

Amazing chicken!!!! My mouth was full of flavor. Wow! On top of great food, very fast. As soon as I ordered, our food came out in 5 minutes. HOT and FRESH! Will definitely be coming back.

So my son and I had spotted this new restaurant and been eating to drop in. We finally did and were super pleased.

As soon as we sat down and placed our order, it took less than 5 min! Craaaaazy!!!!

Chicken was juicy and so flavorful. It comes with a side of rice, a grilled onion,grilled jalapeno, corn tortillas and that green "crack" sauce.

We ordered the whole chicken and, man, we devoured that bird. Even though we tore into that chicken, we still had plenty on left overs.

This is going to be on the rotation now when we want a speedy meal that's not fast food!
