I was so amazed when I went here. I call after looking up places that sold goat meat. Everywhere else said "No, we don't have it" when I heard yes I didn't care the distance. I was so happy I took the short drive downtown. I walked in and was first shock seeing this goat skinned and looking fresh. Then started walking around to see what they sold. The gentleman named Bryan I believe saw my excitement. He asked if it was my first time there and then gave me a tour. He showed me the freezers and each room where the animals were processed. (I don't like the word butchered). He then took me into the Barn it smelled so fresh. So the animals looked amazing. The picture you see on the web page really represents what you'll see when you walk in. From the employees professionalism to the quality of the meat and eggs I give this establishment a 5 🌟 and wish I could give more.

Yesterday was my 1st time here. As I walked in, I was instantly impressed at how neat and organized everything is. I had heard you can choose which animals you would like. They showed me where the animals were kept and I was pleased as to how the animals were maintained and did not appear to be stressed or inhumane. The area where they are kept is very clean as well. The prices for the meat were very competitive to other markets I've been to and you can clearly see the quality on display. My questions were answered by some very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm glad to say I will be coming back in the future.

I don't even know where to begin this place is like the Disneyland of butcher shops. Took about 5 minutes to process a chicken that I got to see and approve of first. Super clean lobby/ processing rooms (large windows and glass doors - nothing to hide from customers). The employees are always so nice and informative. Our Thanksgiving turkey was awesome, sirloin steak was crazy tender - there's a clear difference in meat quality here simply since the animals don't seem stressed out at all and they just seem healthy. Plus the experience of meeting your meat is something that everyone should have a chance to do - no more rows of styrofoam and plastic with cuts of meat that you have no idea where they came from or how they got to you or how they were processed. This might be weird to some, but as a parent I really appreciate being able to show and talk to my child about what they are eating and why it is important be grateful and not to be wasteful of their food. Thanks Alamo Farms. I'm a lifetime customer now.

Have been coming here ever since I found out about this place. Friendly and helpful staff. A wide variety of meats to choose from. Seeing turkey added just in time for Thanksgiving is awesome. The prices are pretty good too. Love coming here
