    Excellent customer service and super friendly staff. Food was very good and staff went out of there wsy to insure wr had a great experience.

    New BBQ pit on St. Mary's strip. Menu features brisket, sausage and in a nod to the party people of the strip who will be their main customers, late night "carnival food" like pizza and fries. On my first visit they were newly opened and not fully up and running. Got 1/4 lb brisket with toasted bread, pickles, and onions. Brisket was moist, a little fatty, but the kind of fat that melts like butter on the bread. Subtle dry rub, not too spicy, bits of burnt ends that I got we're perfect pink crispy and chewy. This is a no-sauce restaurant, and for that to work I would want the rub to make more of a statement. Will update after future visits and trying the rest of the menu.
