    Saw this food truck on Texas Eats and had to try the shrimp grilled cheese. OMG. It is everything!!!!!!! Best I've ever had. My husband tried it and was blown away as well. He ended up eating half of mine!

    Ay Que Rico has some AMAZING tasting tacos (that’s all I’ve had on their menu, sure everything else is fantastic). I ordered a cake platter for a promotion ceremony and they were a hit. Everyone was asking where I ordered them from. Going back a second time for that. Highly recommend trying their food.

    We found this food truck a few years back downtown at first Friday and ever since then my husband and I have been hooked. We follow them on Instagram and go to whatever location they will be at. My favorite are the asada quesadillas and my husband LOVES the pastor grilled cheese. BEST food, fast service, friendly staff, what more can you ask for ?
