    DON'T MISS THIS PLACE!!! The meat is fall apart tender with amazing flavor. BBQ sauce is delicious and the fried chicken is not to be skipped! The sides were good but not as amazing as the meat. Service couldn't have been better. It was my first visit. They patiently and enthusiastically walked me through the menu and helped me decide what to order.

    Nothing quite as American as good Texas BBQ. Been driving all over the state on order to be near one at meal times during our trip. Best is no. 33, and server VAL is a treasure. Love that smile, Val.

    The B in Bill Miller stands for the grade of bbq. It’s not lights out valedictorian, but even valedictorians can get annoying with their perfection. A good square meal at a fair price.
    Breakfast is another story. One of my favorite breakfast spots in town. Huge fluffy pancakes!
    The Bill Miller breakfast is my go to.

    A local favorite! The food and service are fast and efficient.

    There are many meat options like brisket, ribs, fried chicken and more. There is also a great breakfast menu (tacos)

    My only complaint is that the fried chicken was not seasoned very well. It was a little bland.
