Unfortunately, I was too hungry to take any pictures as I began eating almost instantly. I had their reuben and matzo ball soup. Growing up eating my own Bubby's matzo ball soup, I am always a tough critic when trying someone else's. Let me tell you-- this was divine. The broth was very well seasoned and the matzo balls were delicious. I hate when matzo balls are too hard and also dislike when they are so fluffy they completely fall apart. These were perfect. I look forward to going back and trying more on their menu. The bagels are delicious too!!
Was pleasantly surprised to eat the BEST bagel and lox I have had in a very long time! The service was great, courteous and very pleasant staff. My family and I will definitely come back again and again!
I ate here with my husband back in December when we were in town visiting our beloved bubbe! The idea of Jewish soul food sounded super appealing to us so we made a visit for a quick breakfast. I had the onion bagel (I think it was called the Bialystok, but I don't remember for sure) with the scallion cream cheese and it was delicious! My husband had the same, but on a plain bagel which was just as good. We also split a chocolate rugelach and it was perfect. This is definitely a stopping point for us next time we're in San Antonio!
We went there today. The bagels were great. Been looking all over San Antonio for good bagels, without much success. This will definitely be our bagel place. Best bagels since New Jersey.
