Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

This is a new restaurant inside Walmart. So far for our first order and as we can see from customers ahead of us that this is not a “fast food” business. On the upside if you have time to spare the philly steak sandwich and the fries taste good. The staff is friendly as well

I rarely write reviews but today I decided to. My first experience at this Charley’s wasn’t pleasant. I waited over 30 minutes for my food for it to be cold. The manager on duty was so rude and rolled her eyes at me. I got my food and left. I am all about second chances… until today.

I met the manager Teresa, mind you I am a disabled person and can be a little slow at times. She was so sweet and asked about my day and if there was anything else to make this visit more better to let her know. That she did!
She was very patient with me and helped me with the menu, this young lady was all over the place. Not just her but the other employees around the restaurant.
This time I didn’t wait long for my order. She brought it out to me and thanked me for coming back. She also explained how busy it’s been and had apologized for my previous visit. She also mentioned if I had the time to leave a review on how my experience was. The staff did very well. Thank you again
