CommonWealth Coffeehouse & Bakery

First time at this place. Was waiting for my daughter to take her test. My granddaughter and I were very comfortable sitting for 1 1/2 hours. The people were very friendly. I would recommend this place.

Ah! ☺️ So happy there are more Commonwealths to stumble on! Recently visited the Commissary location, and loved being able to see the pastries being made through the window, in back. The Baristas always have a cheerful word, and a book recommendation. Got my usual, Spiced Almond Milk Mocha. Hoping for the return of any Gluten-Friendly cookie. ☺️

Very good. First time to try and great atmosphere. I got a white chocolate mocha latte with a couple extra shots of espresso. I know no comments please. I usually drink my coffee black.It was so good. The price was good compared to the popular coffee chain. The young lady that was helping me was very nice. They also have a limited menu if breakfast foods as well as fresh baked goods. Try this place if you are in the area of San Antonio College.

Best Cappuccino I have ever had! My daughter and I stopped by on a whim and I just have to say, I have never had such a good cup, ever. I let some of my co-worker have a small taste (cause I wasn't willing to give them a bigger swig), and they couldn't say enough about it. I also got a chocolate pastry and it was so light and tasty. So Good! I will never be satisfied with Starbucks. This shop put them to shame. Sorry Starbucks. CommonWealth Coffeehouse got you beat, hands down.

Great coffee. Great service. It’s what you expect from any of the CommonWealth coffee houses here in San Antonio. The pastries are yummy. The decor is chic and inviting and you could just sit here all day. This location is close to SAC and in a quiet area but easy to get to and decent parking.
