Best ceviche spot in SA. You can tell the owner puts love in his food because everything was fresh and tasted so good. My wife and I went there for lunch the other day and we ordered the 36oz Hawaiian Ceviche, Tostada de Aguachile, and the Tostaviche.
Tostada de Aguachile was perfectly flavored from the shrimp, red onion, cucumber, lime, avocado, green and red salsa. Just typing this up makes my mouth water.
My wife ordered the Tostaviche and she loved it. We took it to go but it was very easy to make it look like the pictures do. The green and red salsa that comes with it were good and had a good kick.
Now at first I thought the Hawaiian Ceviche was going to be too sweet because it had pineapple, mango and strawberry. This guy just knows how to make ceviche, it wasn’t too sweet or too sour it was perfect! The fish it comes with is catfish and my wife and I will definitely be going back!
