El Pollo Loco

I ordered the 14 pieces familia combo...it supposed to come with tortillas, they do not put it on the order...after they ask me "do you want flour or corn??? Really???This is a family meal, we were expecting the tortillas!!! On my first experience with pollo loco, they put a lot a wings on my order instead of mixed pieces, this is my second and last experience with pollo loco!!!No come back!!!

I love the original pollo bowl at this location. The rice and beans are awesome. Hats off to the chef.

Family has been coming here since this placed opened .they have to go orders only..Seems like Their Pollo Bowls are not as good as they were before..Its packed with half the bowl filled with rice .hardly any beans...trace of chicken cubes .some burned.. This time around it was dressed nice with the tomato .onion and cilantro on top..The bowl was actually heavy..it was all that rice.. Beans are not that expensive so why not use 1/2 beans 1/2 rice .. we went 2 times last week for pollo bowls thinking maybe they were having a bad day when all that rice was put in..NO..they do it all the time .I guess Adios to Pollo Loco..
