Fish City Grill

I’m from the east. I retired here briefly and it’s been a real challenge to find a good seafood restaurant. I’ve been looking forward to dining here, anxiously waiting for it to open. I love this place and the menu is just what I’ve been looking for. My lunch was spectacular and exceedingly delicious. I only have a few months left before I transfer to the east coast. The staff was awesome and you have to have roasted jalapeño soup. Wow! I will definitely dine there a few more times before I leave.

One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The food was on point. Since it was our first time they brought a small sample of their soups. They were all great but the Lobster bique was my favorite and clam chowder a close second. We had oyster nachos and crispy calamari as appetizers. Then Alabama farm raised catfish (blackened) ( the Cuban black beans were well liked by the hubs) and New England Style Lobster and shrimp Roll sandwich. Everything with delicious and tasty. We were celebrating a birthday early so had the bread pudding. Plenty of nuts and raisins and sauce had a nice rum flavor.
Almost forgot we had a couple cocktails, an Old fashioned and Titos Front Yard Lemonade and they were smooth and generous with the alcohol.
Best part. They were practicing social distancing with spaced seating and everyone wearing a mask properly.

Just ordered a seafood platter, stuffed flounder, and some bread pudding for curbside pickup. I must say why did I wait so long to give you guys a try. You all exceeded my expectations. Not only was my order accurately given to me the food was fantastic! Another great note were the portions. I got what I paid for..a rare circumstance here in SA.. Great portions, taste, and freshness makes it a complete wholesome place to eat. Highly recommend. Will be back soon for sure!

Absolutely amazing. We tried it for the first time tonight (to go) and we will definitely be customers again. The price and portions were reasonable. The taste was OUTSTANDING! We ordered honey chipotle shrimp tacos, BBQ salmon tacos, fish and chips, and a side of hush puppies. The least tasty thing was the fries and they were still good.

This place is amazing. Food is always on point. I literally frequent FC 4 times a week. The bartenders are wonderful and the managers are wonderful. Especially Trisha!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone including her staff is taken care of. I always make sure to look for her to say hello when I'm here. She is extremely friendly and is one of the best managers i have seen in my 18 years in the service industry.
