Great place to get your sushirrito fix, you get twice the amount of food compared to other poke places!

We walk in at opening time on a Saturday which was 11am, we sat in the truck and watched the employees take great care cleaning everything, I like that! We walk in smells nice and sanitized! A gentleman greets us right away and takes our order. We ordered some appetizers thinking they would come out first... nope but was ok.

The edamame was simple and salted, the clear onion soup was great! Clean soup with fries onions on top!

The Gyudon my wife had and she loved it, very flavorful and fresh! I had the chicken yakisoba which was awesome, tender chicken and noodles and full of flavor! The dish was huge took me 3 meals to eat it!!

    Will definitely be back!

Will go back. Son wanted Ramen for his birthday and this was the closest place. Not bad! She was busy and they were still fast with our order. Dine In available unlike many chinese restaurants right now. Daughter, 4, had fried rice for 3$ and it was pleasing, we all wanted some. Tonkotsu was superb. We will be back! Left with a food coma!

The sushiburrito was okay. The shrimp tempura was tasty and the salmon was fresh. I would definitely recommend some kind of sauce on it. Without that it was okay. Maybe the bowl would be better.

The big concern was they have a mask but don't have it on. And those were the people at the registry and making the food don't have put it on.

Ok so after being to some other ramen spots around San Antonio, My expectations were pretty high especially after going to places like Ito ramen; this place definitely gave those places a run for their money and actual might top them all in my opinion. Ginza ramen beat everyone else in the takoyaki and the ramen was just as good as the rest. Very hearty full of flavor on the broth. The pork was to die for as well and a big contender. But what really puts this place on the top in my opinion is them NOT CHARGING EXTRA FOR HOT OIL OR OTHER SPICE/SAUCES! This also with fountain drinks with unlimited refills makes it my favorite spot to date. It might not matter to a lot of people but things like this should not be overlooked as a selling point for a great ramen spot.

The only small thing you might miss from other ramen spots would be the ambience, Ginza seems to be missing that cozy hole-in-the-wall type atmosphere found in other spots that make it have a welcoming vibe. Ginza still has a great location and vibe that is a bit more mainstream and modern which sadly is not something you expect often from ramen shops. This is a small gripe and should in no way dissuade anyone from enjoying this place, I highly recommend it!
