Place was really nice and beautiful. The charcuterie board was sooo good and so was the wine tasting. Nice for a couples date. Only “bad” thing was my husband not being able to be served because of scratches on his ID? Maybe get a scanner for IDs. It was a really bummer.

This is a place that would only exist for many people in their dreams. This is a quaint, lovely vineyard that has old, large wine barrels for tables that are set up amongst the rows of grapes. Lights twinkle at dusk, and become magical after the sun has gone down over the horizon. Live music is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, (currently). Misters are outside, so if you'd like to hang out outside, (which I highly recommend) it's very comfortable. I chose last night, because I am always in search of live music these days. When I discovered this vineyard the other day, I saw the musical artists listed for the weekend, and researched them and knew who I wanted to see. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Ed Sullivan and his wife, Karen. Their employees are all outstanding. I watched them work as a team, and they were non stop busy. What I hope everyone realizes by now, is that finding appropriate levels of staffing since an unprecedented global pandemic has been difficult for everyone. Additionally, the employees who have been willing to work the last couple years when others were not, are rightfully requesting vacation time. Any good business owner would know these are well deserved requests, and absolutely honor them, even though it once again leaves them short staffed. Bottom line: this place is a slice of heaven, slightly hidden from 281N, but barely a few miles past 1604. Excellent wines, limited menu offering very good food, and a staff which reflects the values of the owners. Let's face it: if you're sitting amongst the rows of grapes and outdoor lights, have some live music to listen to, and an excellent glass of wine in your hand, should you really worry about your food taking a bit longer than one might expect? If so, then you're in the wrong place. Sit back, relax and take a deep breath. You're home.

The winemaker, Bruce, and his crew were fabulous. Great wine and customer service. Claudio, the chef from the Friuli region of Italy, was fantastic with his cuisine and fire roasted pizzas. Todd, Sonia, Josh and the rest of the crew made it feel like home.

Our first visit, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff! We were made to feel like family. They took photos with us and for us. Met the owner Ed who was as friendly and easy-going as the staff. The Italian meatballs are out of this world as is the pizza. Wine is excellent! Beautiful vineyard and very convenient to San Antonio. Highly recommend.

This place was awesome! So let’s start with the owners, they are very friendly and helpful they ensure you are having a good time and they even will take photos of you for you. Now the scenery the scenery was beautiful especially at night with all the lights and they have a good music selection playing for background music. The food was also delicious! I had the kitchen sink pizza without meat and it was so good. The pizza is cooked in a fire burning oven. They let you sample wines to see if you want a particular glass. They also have a wine tasting that you can do which is very inexpensive and allows you to taste five wines. The wines were tasty as well. Like I hate dry wine but the dry wines they had that I tasted I actually liked and could see myself drinking them. Overall this was a great experience very affordable, extremely friendly if I could rate it 10/10 I would. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
