Jugo - Alamo Ranch

I’m a big fan of the bowls, but the last 3 times I have ordered a Jugo bowl (large) and the Açai base is very little, compared what it used to be, typically I will go home and dump it into a regular bowl, and this evening, there were 3 tiny scoops, organized in a way to make the bowl look like it was full, this was done on both bowls I ordered.

The food is great, service is great, but recently, the amount of food you are given, isn’t justified for the price, I will stop coming here until changes are made, I would normally give this place 5 stars. But this isn’t justified currently

I have been so pleased with every bit of my experience when I visit this location. The staff has been awesome, and the açaí bowls are amazing! I was disappointed with the Helotes location, but this location has exceeded my expectations. I have been to just about every açaí business in San Antonio, and this açaí is some of the BEST and most authentic in flavor that I’ve ever had. I’m a customer to this location for life!

Had an Acai bowl for lunch and it was delicious, love the custom options, and it was a good price for how big it was. I also like that they offer a smaller size as well on the custom bowls. Will definitely be back.
