My food was good but my hubby ordered tenders and they weren't cooked all the way. Also they let us know after we ordered that their ice machines were broken so there was no ice which wouldn't have been a problem had it not been over 100° .

It's another KFC bathrooms could have been much cleaner though

The service was quick! The Staff members were attentive their customers request. ????

Actually, it was Taco Bell. Buying a gift card caused some unnecessary confusion at the register. Food was not as good as it usually is. Cold, and seemed to be thrown together. I live in San Antonio, TX, and this is the 2nd time I've had a problem recently with a TB in as many visits.

I need to ask, "What's going on with the management here?" Seriously, I'm an easy going dude, and I'm really being nice, but is anyone at TB Corporate paying attention to these reviews? I have loved, loved, loved Taco Bell my whole life, and if this is a downward trend for TB, it is a terrible shame. C'mon, get it together guys and gals! It's got to be an easy fix, just care about what you're doing."
