La Taqueria de Monterrey #2

Gotta go to this place , the TORTAS , are amazing they know you by name and remember what you like . Staff is great , prices are fair , food comes out fresh and fast .

The food was good and the service was ok. Although there were only 2 couples seated, the dining room and the bathrooms could use some seriouse cleaning. Good luck

Came here for breakfast. I had the huevos rancheros, food was decent. The tortillas were homemade but nothing special, too thick for my liking.
The rest of the menu seems interesting, good mini-taco options. Looks like their specialty are tortas. I will have to come back and check thise out.

This tasty taqueria opened 3 months ago serving northern Mexican cuisine ... so some of the menu items may be unfamiliar to the typical San Antonian. Everything we ordered to eat was delicious and the prices are decent! The Cubana sandwich is huge and the fries are perfect. The mini tacos are also tasty. We got a variety of salsas, but I’m missing tortilla chips with my food ???? Sodas are in a 12 oz can. The ambience may make some people feel at home, but it’s definitely low key. Waiter was super nice ... and service is unrushed but we had to go find someone for more water and to get to go boxes and a check. I thjnk this is a lunch spot for me, but not dinner or date night

So authentic and unique. They didn’t judge my Spanish and actually let me practice, but also saved me if i needed it. Delicious food! Definitely will have to go again!
