Las Palapas - NW Military

Love my green enchiladas and tonight a side of Pina Colada 😉 Will come again!

I have been to many Las Palapas locations and been very satisfied. This location has been the exception and not in a good way. It is close to work so it's convenient but that's about all it has going for them. Employees need to be trained on customer service and the guest experience and every order I have placed is incorrect. Management has been rude and should take note they are in a service industry. The food is typical Las PaLapas, but the experience is severely lacking!! Dine in and drive through included!!

Today was my first time at this location. I’ve been a faithful Las Palapas customer for at least 20 years. I was not impressed with this location unfortunately. Drive through was super slow and the person who took my order seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I guess the regular person who takes the drive through orders was not in today. For instance when you order breakfast tacos and coffee, you are asked what kind of salsa you want and if you want cream and/or sugar with your coffee. He did not ask me, he was just rushing me: “what else?, what else?” He also failed to ask if I was part of their rewards program, I had to ask if they still had that. Then when I gave him my Las Palapas coffee mug for a refill, he forgot to put the lid back on, and handed it back without the lid. Seriously? #smh focus! Lol
Flour tortillas were fresh and delicious, like at other locations. Sausage & eggs were oddly watery, and undercooked. Coffee was good, like always at other Las Palapas.
I’m not sure if I’ll come back to this location. Maybe dine-in would be better.

I went to this new location on NW Military with my dad because it is very convenient and we have been long time LP lovers! What a lucky day to go because we got the the model food they made for pictures and it was absolutely delicious! Beef fajitas were flavorful and tender and the drinks were pleasing to the eye and tasty! We also ordered puffy tacos and fish tacos which were yummy as always. Wonderful costumer service and tidy new location. Grateful to have another Las Palapas!
