Momma Luv's Soul & Caribbean Food

Wow. On a whim went in with no knowledge or expectations and so glad I did. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic! I ordered jerk chicken that came with coconut rice and plantains. Flavors were terrific and a good kick as it should be. I broke out in a little sweat. I also ordered some of the wings with Caribbean stew sauce. Absolutely fantastic!

For it to be a SOUL FOOD restaurant you dont get much food for the price we paid. The cashier was sweet love the energy. Catfish was dry and salty. Mac and cheese was good , just a little too much pepper. Couldn't finish it. Chicken had flavor. Forgot my corn beard.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. This place is amazing from the service, atmosphere, and more important the food. This was my first time trying Jamaican food and boy was I impressed. I tried the stew chicken meal with banana pudding for dessert and both was made with love. The waitress, cook, and owner was wonderful and accommodating. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items.

Just had the chicken curry with cabbage, rice, & plantains and was to die for. I'm told the catfish & fried chicken, green beans & mac n cheese was off the charts good. The cornbread was sweet and seemed to have a hint of coconut flavor. This place is a must if you have a craving for Soul or Caribbean food. Don't forget the banana pudding. We will be back.

Terrific food and service. My husband had the Chicken Stew with Coconut rice and Plantains. I had Fried Catfish and Shrimp with Collard Greens. We both had the cornbread, it was delicious too. The food was so good we ordered plates to go so we didn't have to cook dinner.

The fried chicken, fish and shrimp plate my husband ordered and my chicken wing combo did not disappoint. They were delicious. We will definitely go back!
