(March 1, 2022, 3:30 pm)The owner of the bakery was very engaging. I basically tasted the entire menu. The layer bar cookies were quite tasty. I made the mistake of tasting a biscuit, a sticky bun, and a cinnamon roll when I arrived home hours later. When they were cold I was not impressed. However, this morning I realized after heating up the items, my first impression was totally wrong. The biscuit and both sweet rolls were delicious, with a soft chewy texture, and just the right amount of sweetness.
I am also impressed they choose to be closed on Sunday. However, don’t forget to stock up on Saturday.
