Yes, Project Pollo on the Northwest side!!! I was already a fan of their perfectly spicy chicken sandwiches, creamy Mac n cheese, and tasty wraps but it’s even better when it’s closer to home. Now I can really enjoy my food to go with a shorter ride back to my house. So happy to have more vegan options around. This time I was able to try the fried pickles, slightly too salty for me but still really good, perfect pre-party food. Staff were friendly & helpful, store was super clean. Please note there is not a dine in option, it’s all to-go. But if you need somewhere to eat there’s a trail head right close by.

This branch is new and we went the day after they opened and were training but they were so kind and it was well worth the short wait. Our go-to is the spicy project with extra spicy buffalo garlic sauce (to pour on top) and loaded papas. Everything is quick and fresh and we have already been back five times. Highly recommend!

So excited to have a vegan/vegetarian restaurant near my house. For sure will return, I had got the spicy chicken and it was soo good..Looking forward to trying the rest of their menu. Online it says they have specials on Tuesday and Thursdays. I hope that's true. Service was quick and friendly. The only thing that was kinda lacking was the sugar cookie. It was kinda overpriced and it was bland. Maybe I got a bad batch. Idk but besides that I would for sure recommend to anyone. This is a vegan/vegetarian must try.

Overall, pretty good sandwiches. They don't sell combos that would include a sandwich, side, and drink. They sell each sandwich and sides individually. Their Deluxe sandwich is what they are known for, includes gouda cheese and is pretty good. Their loaded papas have chipotle (smoked jalapeños sauce) but you cannot them without it.

The place is pretty straight forward, you step up to the counter and order from the electronic menu. They sell breakfast Saturday and Sunday 9am to 12pm. Everything is vegan and 100% made from plants.

Overall I recommend it if you're trying to try something different for a chicken sandwich. It would be nice to they had drive through but they have ample parking space out front. Right now there is no dining in, only to go due to the Coronavirus and you have to wear a mask while inside. They said they are waiting on their furniture to be delivered to open for dining in.

The restrooms are clean and not labeled for male or female, they are for both genders. They had a soft opening on Valentine's Day 2021 and they are now fully open.

Overall, it's definitely worth returning. The service is good, the food quality is good, the value is good (although I wish they sold combos to save some money), and the speed of service is good because you order up. I only gave it four stars because they didn't have seating for dining in but once they do, it just may be five stars. But otherwise, definitely worth trying.
