    I’d been craving a salmon salad and found The Roots. It took a while but we’ll worth the wait! Absolutely delicious.

    I had a bowl of the Tomato Bisque W/Basil soup. It was delicious. One of the best I have had. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy.

    I can’t post a picture as I inhaled the soup before I could grab one.

    We loved our guilt free delicious salads for lunch! I had the freak salad and the summer salmon salad both delicious! The teas were delicious too not too overpoweringly sweet…just right! Highly recommend!

    Tomato bisque soup was creamy and smooth and the salmon on my salad was perfectly grilled. Strawberry tea was bursting with flavor not overly sweet. Glad we stopped in after our bike ride.
