Ruth's Chris Steak House

Hands down the best steak I've had at a restaurant. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing and elegant and the customer service was amazing.

What should have been 5 stars generously gets 3. We usually go to Biga for our anniversary but decided to stay closer to home and try the infamous Ruth Chris, a first time for us both. Our server was attentive, very knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. I am not going to send a steak back at any steak house, especially Ruth Chris, so I was terribly disappointed to find it very rare instead of a medium. A few bites in, I started to feel terrible. My stomach hurt and I was nauseous very suddenly. I Didn't finish my steak, brussels, or even have dessert. We didn't make it back to our suite at the JW. I got so terribly ill on the drive back we stopped at home, which was closer, and I proceeded to projectile vomit for 2 hours just 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant.

Lastly, it was lit up like a Luby's Cafeteria and not the ambience I was expecting. At least now we can say we've been though very unlikely we will return.

Love this quaint location! It is a cozy atmosphere with a super cool bar set up also. All the staff was incredibly accommodating and our waiter, Mark is nothing short of a seasoned pro! Our food was on point excellently presented. Overall a very nice dining experience.

My boyfriend decided to surprise me with a nice dinner date and I cannot being to explain how wonderful it was. Him, knowing how much I love a place with a beautiful ambience and great wine chose Ruth’s. His words were “I want a nice steak dinner and for you to enjoy yourself” and that’s exactly what we got. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything from the hours of operation to the year of the best wine they had in the house. I was taken away from the moment we got there. I highly recommend the quality of their food! Just fantastic.
