Shipley Do-Nuts

Came though the drive thru with my family the other week and had an awesome experience! Tasty donuts and great service from the young man at the window. He was wearing a UTSA hat which was my alma mater :) Best Shipley's in San Antonio!!!

A year ago I wrote the review below and I was fortunate enough to have received the same exceptional service from this Shipley’s location. I live in California and wanted to have these birthday donuts (pictured below) to my family member. I’m especially grateful that they were able to deliver promptly despite the rainy weather currently in SA. I really value their customer service and will continue recommending them to all my friends and family in TX! Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience ordering some 'Happy B-Day' donuts for a family member. I live in California and was hoping to have these delivered to my family member in Boerne. The employees/owners were super approachable, friendly, and responded very promptly in order to help me make this happen. I was able to do this all through FB Messenger which was great! They also allowed me to include a note to attach with the donuts which was an extra perk I was not expecting at all. I am beyond happy with what a paid for and will definitely be placing more orders with them in the future. This business is more than a place that cares to make money but rather they genuinely care for their customers which is quality that is so rare but greatly appreciated!

We are visiting San Antonio for a short getaway with my daughter's 11th birthday being on our last day here.

Our daughter isn't a fan of cupcakes or cake, but she does like donuts!

We found this specific Shipley Do-Nut while searching donut places near our hotel. I reached out to them through thier Google page, and they responded pretty quickly. We were able to get the whole birthday order taken care of through chat - including payment.

They sent me a text thus morning letting me know the order was ready, which was a nice touch. When I arrived, we made sure it was good to go, and it was! The guys were very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. And, the donuts were amazing as well.

Thank you for helping us make our daughter's birthday a little more special while we were out of town!

This place opened, my family was excited to visit. Stopped by picked up dozen donuts. 3.2 stars out of 5 stars.

Location was not busy. Plenty parking and place to grab a bite.

Customer service was good & lady in there was polite.

Donuts were fresh but here is the reason i have decided never to go here again & support 100ft down local donut shop. Assorted donuts were packed in to a small box, resulting in each icing droping off or was on the back of next donut. I didnt think any thing at the shop but at home it was a mess. My kids like different donuts so none of them ate any.
