Starbucks

I usually have a great experience here but this particular caramel mochiatta made me sick. Odk if the machine was clean.

My order was not correct and the young lady at window made a mistake on amount tendered and could not manually figure out what my change was. She was very embarrassed so I told her what my change was...good thing I am honest person.

I love this Starbucks. The drinks are always good and the staff is super nice. The inside of the Starbucks is calming and spacious. Recommend this one over many.

My daughter ordered ahead and our wait time at the drive thru was minimal. We got there about 7:30am on a Saturday. Our order was filled and the transaction at the window was very amicable.

The drive through runs faster than going inside to order. Many times the machine they use to print out orders isnt working. I have ordered online and went to pick up at time it said it and still waited for 30 minutes. The customer service is nice, employees are nice and seem to work fast but the technology hinders them big time!
