Quick service drive thru, underpaid friendly staff, usual good high price coffee. A winning franchise during "Year Two of the Pandemic."

Second time going to this location and the morning crew is so amazing! It's a way to make sure my morning starts off great! Love it!

Coffee was awesomely made. But the restroom was was nasty looking, there was brown stain on the side of the toilet and some kind of stain on the bottom of the door, and it looked like it hasn't been sweep or clean in days, just nasty. Walked in and right back out. Nasty but great coffee if that make sense. Thinking about now, don't the employees see that mess in the restroom. Makes me wonder.

I must start with I'm not a fan of Starbucks, that said if you start your day in the medical center, start here. This location has the most amazing morning crew at the drive through. I do not know all of their names but Lilly is amazing and has the most cheerful and upbeat presence that you can't help but have a good day after visiting with her. These ladies ( Lilly, Aliza and Melissa) excel at customer service and order accuracy. I am always sure to have good day and get exactly what I order when I start my day in this drive through.
