Starbucks

Honestly, I typically only write reviews if I have an absolutely terrible experience or a PHENOMENAL experience - and this is the latter. My boyfriend, sister, & I regularly go to this Starbucks 2-3 times a week and regardless of the traffic levels of the store, we rarely ever have an issue with our order. On the rare occasion something is wrong, they are always so kind and understanding and resolve our issue promptly. This past weekend we placed mobile orders, gave it some time, then drove over. They were completely slammed both inside the store and in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, their sticker machine broke which significantly slowed down operations because they were manually checking mobile orders and writing details on cups. The employees remained calm, kind, and attentive to all of the customers in the store. They checked in with everyone individually and did their best to complete all orders as quickly as they possibly could. By the end of the rush, we were the last ones standing and they went above and beyond to ensure they provided us fantastic customer service. I wish I caught the names of all the employees we encountered that day, but I just want to say once again, thank you!! Truly good customer service is hard to come by and we appreciate their respect for our time. We are loyal customers to this store and for good reason. We appreciate the work you do to keep your customers happy & safe!

Love this location. They are always friendly, the line typically moves pretty quick, and great customer service ?

I enjoy coming to this location. It is often really busy, and a little bit of a wait at times, but the service makes up for it. The staff is generally really friendly. Timmy is absolutely wonderful.
