Taco Bell

Friendly associate & good food. I had the new Mexican pizza combo - 1 pizza, 2 crunchy tacos, & a drink. The food was delicious & filling.

Most people share a review when service has not been good. Rarely, I see some good reviews for customer service. I want to be one to share a great customer service experience. I went to a Taco Bell in San Antonio, Texas on Bandera Rd on the Northwest side of town. I have an autistic son who is very particular about what and where he eats. He loves Taco Bell, however I have to order something that is not on the menu. Carolina, the cashier who took my order was friendly, patient and understanding. She repeated my order to ensure I had things exactly the way I ordered it. I have placed the same order in other locations and while the service is okay, there is not much patient as I start to change things on the menu. I wish more employees like Carolina would provide service at all restaurants. By the way, she did not know and I did not tell her the order was for a special needs adult. She made our day!

The service and food here has gotten alot better here. Love the new store look too... Very nice
