    Oh my God! Came here after my gym workout and I'm so sad I didn't discover this place sooner . It's close by my gym so it's perfect to end my workout with a shake. Alex the owner was super nice and helpful as soon as I stepped through the door and was greeted. It was my first time there so he was really patient and helpful when it came to picking out what I wanted to try. Everything sounded sooo good . I ended up going with the strawberry cheesecake shake and the mango tango tea. Both were amazing and with the protein and little calories, I'm officially addicted and the shake and Tea combo so are a perfect match. The shake filled me up for the night I didn't even eat dinner which is great because I'm trying to lose some pounds lol and didn't feel like I was starving myself. I literally came back the next day and tried the caramel frap because I wanted something with a little coffee and I tried the pink Panther tea those are both amazing and presentation of the drinks were good too.     I was informed of this place from a close friend and after a week of curiosity I found time to stop by & what better time than to visit before hitting the gym.

    Alejandro was very informative and passionate about Herbalife, and the products used here at The Oak Nutrition. I ordered the Electric Skittle & my partner had the Pump City. We told each other that we need to go back and try their shakes. The menu here meets every standards and of ones preference.

    Thank you Alejandro for giving amazing and helpful advice/tips when either bulking up and for losing weight. We very much appreciated that!

    I can’t say enough good things about The Oak and the incredible team working there. Such a friendly, welcoming and chill environment, with people who genuinely care about you and your goals. My favorite is the crunch bowl and lit tea combo for sure, but you can’t go wrong with any of the items on the menu!

    Love the positivity and encouragement that the owners give to the customers. They are very knowledgeable of the product and give helpful tips. Definitely a great way to start the day.
