Wapo Taco

Place is good for quick bite to eat. Had breakfast tacos and there were good but not great. But for the price it was a good deal. Small eating room so plan on taking it to go but there are a few tables. I would recommend this place for on the run quick bite to go. Service was good

One of only 2 places I’ll get tacos from up here in N SA. The birria tacos are awesome and must be tried. Their breakfast tacos are awesome as well. Prices are great for the portions they serve. Drive thru is a huge plus. Don’t sleep on wapo taco.

I went last weekend and although I didn't dislike the food, it was very uncomfortable to eat here, it was extremely humid and hot, I returned yesterday and it was the same, I decided to order my food to go instead, they don't have air conditioning or they don't turn it on. This is Texas and the heat is deadly, every establishment should have a working air conditioning system and turn it on, especially in a restaurant. I'll return, but only through the drive thru.

We've tried enchilada plates (delicious) as you can customize the sauces. The nachos are great as well. Tacos from Carne Guisada with cheese to fajita tacos including breakfast tacos. My daughter had the super torta and no complaints. All delicious and everything is fresh and feels homemade. Staff is professional and courteous. If you hit the drive thru, food comes out pretty quick. Strongly recommend.

Guisada de Puerco Chalupo- it had plain carnitas not de puerco on on it. Carnitas not seasoned well.
Al Pastor Chalupa- it was really good.
Wapo Taco- Guisada de Puerco. It was very good.
Gringo taco- came with no sour creme as advertised
Also we got all four salsa's. Didnt really care much for any of them but the roasted & green verde were the best. Not enough spice for us however.
The bad- didnt get exactly what we ordered and the carnitas were bland.
The good- they put a lot of meat on for the cost.
We recognize they are new and will get better so we shall try it again
