“I love it because it’s so close but the past few orders haven’t been great. Just 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 pizzas, bread, pasta and desserts. One whole pizza was wrong. Didn’t call but I left a review on their screen that comes up when you order. Didn’t hear back but it wasn’t like I was gonna call and wait for a new pizza considering the kids were hungry. The other time, the Alfredo didn’t come with nearly enough sauce. I’m giving them another shot and if it’s not good I’ll have to order from farther down the road at another pizza place from now on.”

I have gone in several times to pick up an order and there were many rude impatient people picking up orders and being so extremely rude to the people working. The workers put a smile on their face, held their composure and pushed through to provide the best service to the customers. Kudos to your staff for keeping it together. They have an excellent system that keeps you updated on when your order will be ready, between e-mails, real-time updates on your phone, and in the store the monitor which shows your order and the status. “We were supposed to go to Lenny’s sub shop but it turns out they close early Sundays so we headed here. It’s safe to say we won’t be going to any other sub shop again. The cashier, Dominick, was extremely nice & knowledgeable. Further, their machine was out of cherry vanilla Coke, and within 5 minutes another worker, Molly had already restocked the machine (we didn’t say anything, she just noticed it was out) after refilling the tea kettles & then proceeded to fill up the chip rack.
