La Nueva Pasadita

Delicious food! The chips are thick and crisp. The salsa is fresh and spicy. Nachos Compestas (my spelling might be off) are out of this world. A sprinkle of cheese, fresh lettuce, great guacamole, beef, retried beans on a thick crunchy chip. Borracho beans are some of the best I have ever eaten. The chicken fajitas are tender and full of flavor. Plenty of grilled onions and peppers. Pico de Gallo and guacamole salad served on the side. Now to breakfast, the pasadita taco is wonderfully delicious. String potatoes, crisp bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, melty cheese and ranchero sauce served in a soft tender flour tortilla. This might sound weird but the ice water ???? is wonderful. I think it must be filtered. The other places on Pat Booker Rd don’t have water that tastes like theirs. Some people may think it is pricey but again comparing it to other places on Pat Booker, the difference shows in the quality. This place is worth every penny I have spent in their restaurant.

I came in for a cup of coffee and a small lunch. It is your typical small town small business restaurant. Food was good, service was good, and coffee was perfect.
