El Agave Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill

This is a new establishment in Blanco with their first store being in Johnson City and food was good , service was great and overall I would say it's a great place to get a taco from what I could see. We had the huevos la Mexicana and they were happy to fix it the way we like it with no issue. This could be another go-to place if you're looking for good Mexican food in Blanco area.

A nice friendly restaurant for Mexican-style food. I had the Enchilada Combo plate. Standard Tex-Mex but bland flavor. Needed more seasoning (and I'm not talking about chili spices). The cheese enchilada tasted too much like cardboard. Seemed like I was eating something served at a nursing home. I'll try them again... maybe the tacos are better.

Great food and service, we will definitely come back! We had green enchiladas with chicken, which was amazing, as well as cheese enchiladas which were also delicious. Queso was great, and we were given a variety of 4 salsas, all of which were great. Super convenient location right off 281 with plenty of parking.

You can’t get authentic Mexican food like this anywhere else in blanco. The service is phenomenal and the food is a home cooked delicacy. I’m a regular now!
