Holy moly. We were greeted by really friendly people clearly excited to serve their creations. We stopped for a quick bite and ended up ordering one of each thing on the menu because, well, why not and we were hungry.
The egg rolls are perfectly fried and stuffed generously with so much flavor and not a single element over powered another. The chili oil was devine and the spicy mayo on point.
The meatballs were amazing. They were almost caramelized on the outside with a sweet crisp while melt in your mouth consistency inside.
The rice bowl, we chose the pulled pork, was so well balanced with the veggies, pickled onions, and cucumber salad all nestled on this rice that was so good, almost sweet, we couldn't decide, but just awesome.
Everything came with this slaw that I just try and recreate at home which gave all the dishes that nice hot and cold things.
This is the longest food review I think I've ever written and most deserved. High five to Hye for hosting this gem, high 5 to the chef, and I am inspired. Thanks for the amazing grub.

Amazing food bursting with flavor! We got the meatball skewers and the fried rice, both were outstanding. We gobbled up our fairly large portions and enjoyed it with a glass of the dry cider from next door. This food truck was quick and convenient in between wine tastings and the woman who runs it is super friendly. On a spring day we had the place to ourselves sitting under old oak trees at a picnic table. Good vibes all around.

Great crispy brisket fried rice and the meatball skewers were really good too. The food paired really nicely with the cider in an area that does not have enough good food. Also, the chef was incredibly nice. Could not recommend more.
