    This brisket is always tender and has a very good smoky flavor if that's what you like...and that's exactly how I like mine. The sauce is a little bland for my taste but good. Love the potato salad. Friendly service. Stop by and get you some if you have the opportunity.

    I like two kinds of BBQ sandwiches, and chopped brisket is one of the two. The chopped brisket at this shack is now the standard by which I will judge all others. The sandwich was perfectly dressed, the perfect ratio of fatty to lean in the brisket, the pickels were just right, the sauce was distributed evenly, the brisket was heaped on ensuring the sandwich was very filling. I also had a miniature sweet potato pie that was absolutely delicious!

    Really good BBQ, the ribs are the best I've had. You get a lot of BBQ for your money, I couldn't eat it all. Great service, very nice folks. Will be eating here again, if I'm ever out in this area.
