    Delicious and healthy food at very affordable prices. Cheaper than a greasy, fast-food type meal with way less calories. All food is made fresh weekly, ingredients and total calories are listed on each meal.

    Ok spot for delicious health food. i had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. it has an awesome atmosphere.

    I was in town for two weeks and Whitni and her Husband were AMAZING with helping me plan out meals for everyday that I was here! I highly recommend Heat It Up for all your meal prep needs! Amazing food and even more amazing owners!
