    Unfortunately I like charcoal..... 2 years later (2019) if you truly had the best customer service out there it would not have taken 2 years for a comment from the " owner " about my review. Sure gas products are cool and that is what many people are going to but still 2 years for a reply? Anyhow keep up the great work Im changing my review to a 5 star just because I like charcoal don't mean this place sells bad product. I suppose my review at 4 stars may have been taken the wrong way and in 2019 we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

    Mike assisted me the upmost expert professional customer service and giving me peace in mind when I thought my tank was going to explode but at the end result it was normal. I will surely keep going to get my propane filled or any supplies needed.
