The food was very good and served just the way I wanted I will be going back and also referring them as well

Always great BBQ. Got 1 pound of brisket (half lean half cross). 1 pound chopped sausage, Cole slaw, green beans. Most all gone in minutes after launching it to the table.

They have really good pudding deserts.

When I lived in the Brazosport area, Brian's was my favorite. I was back in town and had to stop in again. The brisket and ribs were up to the same excellent standard. The ribs were well cooked, but still moist and tender.

Best chopped beef you will find. Beans are superb. Staff is great. Eating inside is a plus because they are always playing 90s country radio and you will never get bored looking at the walls. I have been eating here for a couple of decades and still haven't had a bad experience. Once I even looked up from my plate and saw none other than Ron Paul sitting at the table next to me answering an interviewers questions with bbq sauce all over his face. That says it all.
