My kids love it here. I don't care for the new card system because sometimes it says it doesn't read so you swipe again and it takes double...and it's too much of a pain to find someone to fix it for you so we usually just chalk it up as part of the experience. Also, the kids play area definitely needs to be cleaned. I didn't let my kids go into it on our last visit because the slide was really gross. Staff, however, is usually always friendly. I love the hand stamp and the fact the kids can't leave without a parent. Parking is on site at the mall and there are restrooms inside. There is a baby changing area in the women's restroom as well. Not sure if there is one in the men's restroom.

Took our little one for his first time and he loved it. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be going back.

Had a walk in birthday party for my grand daughter. Was a great time had by all. Very helpful staff and the pizza was great!

This place brings back a lot of memories. Glad they are still open and serving kids in all forms. Good place to have a birthday party for the whole family. A fun place to have some good memories that will stay with kids a long time. Make sure to try there pizza and games.

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in 20 years or more. Went to a niece's party and had a great time. The kids enjoyed themselves and the salad bar had fresh food which made me happy. Staff was friendly and seemed to remain busy insuring all guests were accommodated and the place was maintained.
