This place is so much more than a Tiki Bar. It's a true culinary experience, complete with artisan cocktails and one-of-a-kind food options. There is not a better place that combines such great menu items with utterly incomparable service. The staff here are the epitome of drink aficionados and it shows in their signature cocktails. Can't recommend this place enough!

Awesome spot. Nice for a chill time with good drinks and a nice atmosphere. You get what you pay for, and this place gives you all of your money's worth. Friendly and engaging staff who are professional and fun mixologists. If you are looking for a change from the normal "bar scene" but still want a good time then Poly Pop is your place.

Love the drinks here! I’ve had 4 of their cocktails and they were delicious - golden spice is the one pictured. Love the attention to detail with the garnishes and the happy hour is killer!

Great food and great drinks! We had our family Christmas dinner here and it was outstanding! Make sure to see Julie she did a great job!
