    Pizza was not cut all the way. Order was wrong. I had to call the customer service and have them call the pizza hut. Then had to wait another hour for my order. That was not the first time my order was wrong. It was the 5th. I did not get anything for the mess up except paying for the "new order" and being put out and on top of that I am on the Hut rewards and got no points and nothing.

    Food and service are always good. They just need to be better at ensuring that the order is correct before handing it to the customer.

    Pro:They got our order correct and was ready on time.

    Con: crust was too large which made for a smaller pizza. Ordered cheese sticks, but the 2ends pieces had little to no cheese. The rest could have used more cheese.
