(December 31, 2018, 3:39 am)My original review is below, I wrote it before I spoke to the Manager on Duty... Stephanie. She was very polite and professional. She also took the time to explain the issues they are having and did not make any excuse. I changed my rating to 4 stars because of her professionalism.
Every time I try to call the phone doesn't work. I can't place my order ahead of time so I don't have to wait for 25-30 minutes. The Lobby is always closed so I can't go in an order. When I ask why they always have these issues I can't ever get an honest answer other than
"I don't know".
I keep giving this place chances and when I finally gave up I got a Gift Card for them so I tried to give them another chance. Still having the same issues here. I give up.
