First Watch - Pearland Parkway

Not sure how there are over 450 reviews considering the Pearland location just opened under 5 days ago. But this review is pertinent to the Pearland location:

Servers: I understand that its an 8am on Saturday morning but I felt like our server was rushing us very very much. It seemed like she was only interested in getting us in and out quickly. As soon as we walked in our server gave us the menus and asked us what we wanted to drink and order and whether our checks would be together or separate. I felt that this was very abrupt considering we just walked in! For most of us it was our first time and we had no idea what we wanted. We requested that she give us time which she did. Even when we finished our plates we kept getting stares from other employees along with them constantly asking us if there was anything else and if they could take our plates out. Mind you, when we left at 9am there were still many empty tables.

Food Portions: The portions are very small compared to the average for similar prices elsewhere. I guess their vision is promoting healthy food and this is why the portions were smaller?

Pricing: Is considerably higher than at other places

The food was delicious otherwise and I would give it a solid B+

But considering that we love breakfast and like our portions to be large, as well as the pricing and how were rushed, we will definitely prefer other local places that have better service, excellent food and good portions.

Nice place to visit. Love the decor-it reminds me of modern rustic decor. Good coffee and great good. Glad they came to Pearland.

Love this location! Its nicer then the 1 in league city. Had the A.M. Superbowl & Morning meditation juice. Love love love the healthy vegan options. Everything was delicious.

Food was good the only thing was service was not good at all. It's a Friday afternoon, I understand if it was Saturday morning but for a Friday service was 3 out of 5. Waffles where delicious and coffee was also good. Atmosphere was calm.

The food was great! My picky family was very pleased with this place. This seems petty, but I didn't give 5 stars because none of the tables had white sugar. I only use white sugar with my coffee and I had to wait for someone to bring me some. I can't wait to go back and try out this place for lunch.
