Arrived not knowing what to get. First time eating here and new to Texas. What made it a great experience was the Customer Service I received by ARIEL the cashier.. Great suggestions and also informed me about the sausage had pork in it. I’m Vegan so this was crucial information. Haven’t tasted anything yet and on my way home. I will post another review once I taste it. It is a very busy location so I had to sit and wait a bit! Thanks ARIEL for the great Customer Service

Great food but customer service was so so. You could tell the cashier that handled my order was over it. But if you're going to work in public be personable. I expected this location to do better!

The Establishment Is Always Packed, But It's Well Maintained, The Staff Is Friendly. Service Is Surprisingly Fast And Efficient For So Many People. My Food Is Always Very Well Seasoned To My Standards. The Crack Sauce Is On A Level All Its Own, Definitely Recommend It For Any Entree You Order.

Lotus has very great seafood. The taste is impeccable,but sometimes they forget to give you everything you ordered. One time my mom orders 4 lbs of shrimp and some sausage. We got the shrimp but we never received our sausage. But, besides that I would 100% recommend it.

I’ve only tried the $20 Hot Box so far (pictured below) and it was great! You’ve gotta get the crack sauce with it though (50 cents). It comes with a bushel of crab legs, 1/2 pound of shrimp (lots were hiding underneath the crab in the picture. My bad), potatoes, a whole andouille sausage, and corn on the cob.

I love spicy food and the original Hot Box is actually SPICY???? ! Just warning you. It tastes great, but if you don’t like spicy, then definitely go for the mild option.

Cons: only con is that the corn wasn’t crunchy and fresh. It was kind of soggy but the taste was good. Instead, the next time I went back, I just got extra potatoes instead of the corn ????????

Great value for the price! The food here is really good and everything we have tried so far has been seasoned well. When I ordered the friend rice I wasn't expecting so much! We ate off it for 2 days. The one drawback is that the food doesn't come out super quick for what you would expect given the atmosphere but sometimes you have to wait for quality. The atmosphere is very laid back and there are no adult beverages but some sacrifices have to be made to get the decent seafood I'm used to.
