Killen's Barbecue

As good as they say it is. Can’t go wrong with anything you order here. We got there probably 15 minutes before they opened and only had to wait in line a few minutes upon opening. That was during the week. Parking could be a little limited during peak times. Clean and beautiful atmosphere. Child friendly.

Food was good. You knew going in it would be. The helping on the sandwiches are beyond generous. The two meat plate was a little disappointing. The brisket is Texas style, dry but good mesquite flavor. I got one (1) pork rib. Tasted great like what I make at home. But only one rib for $17 plate? Meh. The turkey sandwich my kids had was tasty. Super cheesy mac-n-cheese. Average potato salad. Overall a good dining experience. Pleasant staff. Comfy environment. I do wish we'd known dinner offers a bigger menu and starts at 5pm. Good stuff though.

The hype is worth it. One of the best BBQ places I have ever gone to if not the best. Everything was amazing. My cousin was super impressed by the bread pudding since he has never had it before. The meat was delicious and not dry at all while providing that smokey flavor that you would expect from TX BBQ. We went around 2 and didn't have to wait that long but there was still a line. I would highly highly recommend this place.

Outstanding beef brisket and pork ribs. Good to the last crumb. Finger licking meal for sure. We had a party of 8 and everyone was very pleased with food. Very pleased.

Banana pudding was killer. Simply fantastic.

Pretty long line to get in for lunch, but we'll worth it. A tad on expensive side though.

But I highly recommend the place !!!
